Abstract

Verpakking ingericht en geschikt voor het verpakken van een kaasdeel, met het kenmerk, dat in de verpakking een uitsparing is aangebracht. Tevens combinatie van zo een verpakking en een kaasdeel omvattende een kaaslichaam en een korst, met het kenmerk, dat het kaasdeel en de verpakking zodanig ten opzichte van elkaar zijn gepositioneerd dat ten minste een deel van de korst door de uitsparing zichtbaar is. De uitsparing kan dan als een 'venster' dienen waardoor ten minste een deel van de korst zichtbaar is. De verpakking omvat bij voorkeur een schaal waarbij de uitsparing is aangebracht in de bodem van de schaal. Zo kan de consument een beeld krijgen van het type kaas, in het bijzonder van het soort korst, het soort schimmel of het soort kruiden dat op de korst is aangebracht. De uitvinding is in het bijzonder met voordeel toepasbaar bij een kaasdeel in de vorm van een zogenaamd 'kaasschuitje'. De verpakking heeft dan bij voorkeur een in hoofdzaak driehoekige vorm en de uitsparing een in hoofdzaak gelijkvormige driehoekige vorm waarbij de driehoekige vormen in hoofdzaak gelijkvormig zijn met de driehoekige vorm van een kaasschuitje.
