Description

Title: A modular solar panel system for air heating or ventilation.
The invention includes a solar panel with a transparent glass or plastic upper side (1), in single or double mode, in the double mode provided with or without a vacuum spacing with spacers; two closed side walls (2) of heat isolating material; 5 the front side (3), also made of a heat isolating material but provided with one or more air outlet openings (4) each with the shape of a cylindrical pipe; the back side (5) provided with one or more circular air outlet openings (6) with an o-ring groove (7) with placed o-rings at the inside of such 10 diameter, that one or more cylindrical pipes as described before as parts of the next panel, can be pushed inside these openings, fitting onto the placed o-rings. The lower side (8) of this panel is composed of a material with a high heating capacity for temporary storing of heat and a mat black or dark 15 colored surface (9) for the conversion of the solar radiation coming through the transparent upper side into heat. This latest surface is supplied with small obstacles (10) to mix the incoming air (11) for a better heat transfer from the surface to the flowing air inside the panel. In case the sun 20 (12) is shining onto the panel the following will happen: when the panel front side is placed higher than its backside, the heated air (13) will flow out by the front side and can be used for heating at a higher than this front side situated place; and/or the at the backside sucked air can be used for 25 air ventilation at a lower than the backside situated place.
In the case the front side is connected to any chimney, the panel can be placed into a horizontal position and the sucked air can be used for ventilation at the back side at a lower than the panel's position.

Claims (3)

1. Deze uitvinding geeft een nieuwe toegang tot het gebruik van solaire verwarming of 5 ventilatie zonder de toepassing van bewegende mechanische componenten.1. This invention provides a new access to the use of solar heating or ventilation without the use of moving mechanical components. 2. The modules can be used in a modular way by using the cylindrical connections, each with an o-ring connection. The designer of the building can thus design the roof at will, taking into account the energy requirement for the heating or ventilation of the building. 3. De modules kunnen worden gekoppeld aan een solaire schoorsteen op gelijkaardige wijze zoals beschreven onder punt 2 hiervoor. 10361753. The modules can be connected to a solar chimney in a similar way as described under point 2 above. 1036175
