Abstract

Two curved parts (3, 5) are joined at one end by a flexible hinge (11) with a relatively thick lip (31). Two sub-hinges (33, 35) are formed between the lip and the two ends of the hinge. The opposite ends of the curved parts to the hinge have closure parts (19, 21, 23) for securing the clip around the wire. The hinge contains an opening (29) which extends around the wire when the clip is closed. The plant can grow through the main opening between the two curved parts.
