A first passage layer (22) is provided with a plurality of supply passages (14) each communicating with one portion of each of a plurality of pressure chambers and a plurality of collection passages each communicating with the other portion of each of the plurality of pressure chambers. A second passage layer (23) is provided with a common supply passage communicating with the plurality of supply passages (14) and a common collection passage communicating with the plurality of collection passages.
