Abstract

A converter gas component soft measurement method based on a gas heat value and flue gas components comprises the following steps: obtaining, by measurement, valid data which comprises a converter gas dry-basis low heat value and combustion furnace flue gas components including O?, CO, and CO? in dry flue gas in percentage by volume; and resolving components of gas entering a converter gas combustion furnace according to the valid data. The method solves the problem of inconvenient and difficult operation of combustion furnaces caused by lack of configuration of converter gas component on-line analyzers in most iron and steel plants at present, has high practical engineering value, can also be used for testing the heat efficiency of the combustion furnaces, and can identify the gas components, for performance calculation and analysis of the combustion furnaces, by measuring a gas heat value through gas calorimeters and measuring the flue gas components through flue gas analyzers, so that gas sampling and testing of traditional methods are avoided; and the method is especially suitable for rapidly measuring and calculating the heat efficiency of the combustion furnaces.
