Abstract
A precoated metal sheet (I 0) includes a metal sheet (I) and a coating film (3) with a film thickness of 5 to 30 ?m which is arranged on at least one surface of the metal sheet (I), the coating film (3) containing a photo luminescent pigment (5) and a white pigment (7) wherein an average particle size of the white pigment (7) is 200 to 400 nm and an amount of the white pigment (7) is 0.5 to 4.0 mass%, the white pigment (7)is at least one selected from the group consisting of titanium oxide, zinc oxide,barium sulfate, basic carbonate, and silica, and, when the amount of the photo luminescent pigment (5) in the coating film (3) is represented by A in mass% and the amount of the white pigment (7) is represented by Bin mass%, the value ofB/A is 0.03 to 0.27.
