Abstract
A dehumidifier comprises: a moisture absorbing material heated to discharge absorbed moisture directly as a water droplet; a rotor (1) carrying the moisture absorbing material and having an air passage structure; a stimulation imparting unit (6) heating the rotor (I) to cause the rotor (1) to desorb moisture; and a rotation mechanism causing the rotor (1) to rotate about a shaft and perform moisture absorption and moisture desorption successively, the stimulation imparting unit (6) forming a closed space with the rotor (1)'s air passage structure serving as a portion of an air circulation path.
