Abstract

A construction method for constructing a nodular cast-in-place concrete-based pile includes steps of: preparing an excavation blade-equipped steel pipe (10) to which an excavation head blade (12) is detachably mounted at a lower end; inserting the excavation blade-equipped steel pipe (10) into ground (15) while excavation in a downward direction by the excavation head blade (12) is performed, and a helical groove (16) is formed in a soil outside an outer periphery of the steel pipe (11), by rotating the excavation blade-equipped steel pipe (10) about a central axis in one direction and pushed down it; filling the steel pipe (11) with mortar or fresh concrete; injecting, by pulling out the steel pipe (11) from the ground (15), the mortar or fresh concrete in the steel pipe (11), into a pile hole (17) and the helical groove (16). The excavation head blade may be able to be retractable instead of being detachable.
