A PLURALITY OF MAGNETIC ELEMENTS (7) IS DISPOSED AT INTERVALS ALONG THE ANNULAR IRON FRAME (5). ONCE THE SUNSHADE CURTAIN (6) IS POSITIONED AT AN IRON OR PLASTIC VEHICLE WINDOW FRAME (8), EACH OF THE MAGNETIC ELEMENTS (7) AT THE PERIPHERY OF THE SUNSHADE CURTAIN (6) IS SUCKED TO AN INNER SIDE OF THE VEHICLE WINDOW FRAME OR METAL MEMBERS EMBEDDED IN CLAMPING ELEMENTS (9), SUCH THAT THE SUNSHADE CURTAIN (6) CAN BE POSITIONED QUICKLY AND CONVENIENTLY AND REMOVED FROM THE VEHICLE WINDOW FRAME (8) EASILY WHEN UNUSED.
