CROSSING POINTS (CP) AT WHICH DIRECTIONS ALONG THE MAIN SURFACE (12) AND DIRECTIONS ALONG THE CHAMFERED SURFACE (14) INTERSECT ARE LOCATED AT SUBSTANTIALLY THE SAME DISTANCE FROM THE CENTER (C) OF THE SUBSTRATE IN A PLANAR VIEW OF THE MAIN SURFACE (12) OVER THE WHOLE CIRCUMFERENCE OF THE SUBSTRATE (1).
