THIS INVENTION PROVIDES AN APPARATUS FOR COMPLETELY DISPOSING OF NIGHT SOIL AND OTHER DRAINAGE. IN THE APPARATUS, THE SUBSTANCE TO BE TREATED IS FLOWED INTO THE FIRST AND SECOND ANAEROBIC BATHS (2,3) TO BE SEDIMENTED AND ANAEROBIC DECOMPOSED, AND IS PASSED THROUGH A CONTACT AND AERATION CHAMBER (4) IN WHICH THE DECOMPOSITION REACTION OF ORGANIC MATTER IS ACCELERATED BY THE METABOLISM OF AEROBIC ACTIVE MICROBES. IN THE CONTACT AND AERATION CHAMBER (4), THE EFFICIENCY OF THE ELIMINATION OF THE ORGANIC MATTER IS VERY HIGH DUE TO THE ABILITY OF MICROBES TO ATTACH TO POROUS PLATE-SHAPED FIXED FILMS (15) OF POLYURETHANE.
