THIS INVENTION PROVIDES AN APPARATUS FOR COMPLETELY DISPOSING OF NIGHT SOIL AND OTHER DRAINAGE. IN THE APPARATUS, THE SUBSTANCE TO BE TREATED IS FLOWED INTO THE FIRST AND SECOND ANAEROBIC BATHS (2,3) TO BE SEDIMENTED AND ANAEROBIC DECOMPOSED, AND IS PASSED THROUGH A CONTACT AND AERATION CHAMBER (4) IN WHICH THE DECOMPOSITION REACTION OF ORGANIC MATTER IS ACCELERATED BY THE METABOLISM OF AEROBIC ACTIVE MICROBES. IN THE CONTACT AND AERATION CHAMBER (4), THE EFFICIENCY OF THE ELIMINATION OF THE ORGANIC MATTER IS VERY HIGH DUE TO THE ABILITY OF MICROBES TO ATTACH TO POROUS PLATE-SHAPED FIXED FILMS (15) OF POLYURETHANE. THE SUBSTANCE TO BE TREATED, FROM THE CONTACT AND AERATION CHAMBER (4) IS TREATED IN HIGH EFFICIENCY WHILE PASSING THROUGH THE FINAL SEDIMENTATION CHAMBER (5) AND THE FILTRATION AND DECOMPOSITION CHAMBER (6).THE EFFICIENCY OF THE ELIMINATION OF THE BOD IN THE LIFE SEWAGE DISPOSAL APPARATUS IS ON AVERAGE MORE THAN 96%, THE BOD OF THE OUTFLOW WATER IS LESS THAN 10 MG/1, AND THE EFFICIENCY OF THE ELIMINATION OF THE TKN IS MORE THAN 87%.(FIG 1)
