THE OUTLET PORT (17) IS NARROWED TOWARD THE CENTER OF THE HOUSING (11), THEREBY FORMING A SMALL OUTLET PORT (18). A MOTOR (19) WITH A VANE WHEEL (20) IS LOCATED WITHIN THE HOUSING (11). (FIG. 2)
