Abstract

A CURRENT LEAKAGE INSPECTING DEVICE FOR USE IN CATHODE RAY TUBE IS DISCLOSED WHICH COMPRISES: A POWER SUPPLIER FOR SUPPLYING A HIGH POTENTIAL POSITIVE VOLTAGE TO THE ANODE OF CATHODE RAY TUBE; A DETECTING MEANS FOR DETECTING THE ELECTRIC CURRENTS INDUCED IN ALL THE ELECTRODES EXCEPT THE FINAL ACCELERATING ELECTRODE WHERE THE ABOVE MENTIONED POSITIVE VOLTAGE IS SUPPLIED; AND A COMPARING MEANS FOR COMPARING THE INDUCED CURRENTS AS DETECTED BY THE DETECTING MEANS WITH PREDETERMINED REFERENCE VALUES. THE DEVICE OF THE PRESENT INVENTION IS CAPABLE OF AUTOMATICALLY CHECKING THE LEAKAGE OF THE CURRENT AS TO ITS PERMISSIBILITY, AND REMOVES THE ERRORS DUE TO THE INEXACTNESS OF THE EYESIGHT OBSERVATION, THEREBY CONTRIBUTING TO IMPROVING THE RELIABILITY OF THE PRODUCTS.
