Abstract
The present invention relates to a full-black plastic spring, consisting essentially of: (a) a spring support, (b) a reinforcement rigidly supported on the spring support, (c) a first spring tongue attached to the reinforcement, and (d) at least one auxiliary spring tab attached to, and extending from the reinforcement, between the first spring tab and the spring support; (1) the spring tab is parallel to one another, separated from a of the other for the free movement in relation to one of the other, and extends transversely towards the reinforcement
Description
PLASTIC SPRING
Field of the Invention This invention relates to a plastic spring, which consists of a spring tongue attached to a spring support by means of a reinforcement. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Plastic springs can be used for many purposes and are employed for example in the tablet dispensers as a return spring for the tablet ejector. These plastic springs are in the majority molded by injection in a single operation together with the spring support, and until now have consisted of a final reinforcement in curved form as a spring tongue on its free end. For safety reasons for the production of the plastic spring or the spring support, a material must be chosen which in case of rupture does not involve a risk or damage by the sharp edges, sharp parts or the like, since the material properties of the Plastic material used can not be adjusted to the required properties of the spring. Therefore, the known plastic springs are often too weak and can not meet the requirements as to the range of the spring and the spring force.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In these terms, the object underlying the invention to eliminate these deficiencies and create a plastic spring as described above, which can easily be injection molded from the same material as the associated spring support, and whose spring properties can, however, easily adapt to different conditions. This object is solved by the invention in which the reinforcement is rigidly supported with respect to the spring support, and at least one auxiliary spring tongue parallel to the spring tongue extending from the under reinforcement of the spring tongue. The spring tongue and the auxiliary spring tabs constitute a cooperating spring arrangement, the spring force of which increases with the spring range which increases as the spring-loaded tongue is supported under a load by the auxiliary spring tongue. after a corresponding spring range, and then the spring force of the auxiliary spring tongue is added to the spring force of the spring tongue. This increase in the spring force can be adjusted to the desired conditions by the number of auxiliary spring tabs and by means of the mutual distance of the spring tongue and the auxiliary spring tongue, the range of the associated spring is influenced accordingly. The plastic spring can therefore be injection molded from a suitable material which is rupture-proof even under higher loads, where reinforcing the reinforcement with respect to the spring support ensures the dangerous point of attachment of the reinforcement, and nevertheless a spring is produced whose properties can be adapted to the respective requirements. When the spring tongue and the auxiliary spring tabs have a length that decreases toward the spring support, the hardness that increases with the decreasing length results in a progressive increase in spring force with the spring range increased, and a space-saving installation of the nearest auxiliary spring tabs is also obtained as the spring tab lowers. To properly utilize the properties of the material, the spring tab and the auxiliary spring tabs have a conical amplitude towards the free end of the tongue, so that the tension of the material can be evenly distributed over the length of the tongue when a load acts on the spring. It is also advantageous to provide lateral support walls between the reinforcement and the spring support, as these support walls not only provide a corresponding stability of the reinforcement supportInstead of the support walls and the reinforcement, a protective housing is formed, that is to say for the spring tongue and the auxiliary spring tongues. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS In the drawing, the subject matter of the invention is represented by means of an example, wherein: Figures 1 and 2 illustrate an inventive plastic spring in a schematic side view and a top view, respectively . DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED MODALITY A plastic spring 1, which is injection molded together with the spring support 2, for example, a tablet dispenser consisting of a reinforcement 3 attached to the spring support 2, whose reinforcement borders towards a spring-loaded tongue 4 extending transversely, and from which under the spring tongue 4 for example two auxiliary spring tongues 5, 6 protrude in the same direction, wherein the auxiliary tongues 5, 6 are shorter that the spring tongue 4, and the length of these auxiliary spring tabs decreases gradually with increasing distance from the spring tongue 4. In addition, the amplitudes of the spring tongue 4 and the tongues of the spring tongue 4 Auxiliary spring 5, 6 can progressively decrease towards the free end of the tongue as indicated in figure 2 in the dotted lines. For the rigid support the reinforcement 3 is connected to the spring support 2 by means of side support walls 7, where a kind of spring housing is formed by the support walls 7 and the reinforcement 3. The spring tongue 4 and the auxiliary spring tongues 5, 6 constitute a spring installation whose individual spring tongues cooperate progressively step by step under a load K, so that depending on the range of the spring an increased spring force is achieved (representation of dotted lines in figure 1). It is therefore possible to produce an injection molded plastic spring from the same material as the spring support, whose spring characteristics can easily be adapted to the respective requirements in terms of spring range and spring force.
