Abstract
La presente invencion se refiere a un metodo para polarizar la proporcion de senal a interferencia (SIR) para generar indicador de calidad de canal (CQI) que incluye medir la proporcion de errores de paquete (PER) de una senal recibida y comparar la PER con una PER objetivo para generar un termino de correccion. El termino de correccion se combina con la estimacion de SIR de un canal de referencia, con el fin de generar un CQI. El CQI es reportado a un transmisor para ajustar las configuraciones de senal, tal como la velocidad de codificacion tipo de modulacion, numero de codigos, desplazamiento de potencia.
