Abstract
Un aparato, sistema y metodo para administrar de manera eficiente la comunicacion de enlace inverso en un sistema de comunicacion que tiene estaciones base distribuidas geograficamente. La informacion de carga acoplada es intercambiada entre las estaciones base permitiendo que una estacion base determine una distribucion apropiada de los recursos de enlace del canal de enlace inverso a las estaciones moviles que reciben servicio de la estacion base. Como la distribucion de los recursos de canal de enlace inverso es controlada directamente por la estacion base, las demoras ocasionadas por las comunicaciones con un controlador central son eliminadas. Como resultado, se minimizan los efectos adversos de programar la carga basada en la informacion absoleta del canal de enlace inverso.
