Abstract

La invencion se refiere a un metodo para producir poliisocianatos, por la reaccion de aminas primarias con el fosgeno, este metodo comprende las siguientes etapas: a) mezclar la amina con el fosgeno, B) reaccionar la amina con el fosgeno en un reactor, dentro del cual la mezcla permanece por un periodo de tiempo y, opcionalmente, c) transferir la descarga del reactor de la etapa b) dentro de una columna de destilacion. Esta invencion se caracteriza porque la reaccion, mencionada en la etapa b), es provista en la forma de un reactor tubular.
