Abstract
La invencion se refiere a un preparado que comprende una fitasa activa, un fitato y un cation esencial, donde dicho preparado se caracteriza porque por lo menos parte del cation esencial esta unido a un fitato. El preparado puede comprender entre 1 y 100FTU de fitasa por gramo de fitato, entre 1y 50g de cation esencial unido al fitato entre 50 y 99g de fitato por cada 100g de cation esencial unido al fitato. Los cationes esenciales se seleccionan entre el grupo que consiste en calcio, cinc, hierro, magnesio, cobalto, molibdeno, manganeso, cromo, cobre o una combinacion de los mismos. El preparado puede comprender un componente adicional como por ejemplo un agente quelante y/o un antioxidante. La invencion tambien se refiere a un metodo para hacer el preparado de la invencion y a su uso para hacer un producto alimenticio fortificado. La invencion tambien se refiere a un condimento, un producto de cereal o a leche de soja que comprende una fitasa activa.
