Abstract
Se describe un cristal laminado con una pelicula contraencolada que une uno con el otro por encolamiento, dos cristales rigidos en un cristal laminado, la pelicula comprende al menos una pelicula adhesiva tenida y una pelicula adhesiva no tenida que puede fundirse de acuerdo a la invencion, prevista entre las dos peliculas adhesivas tenidas de manera diferente, se pueden fundir al menos una capa intermedia, que provoca una igualacion uniforme de las superficies opuestas, una con la otra de las dos peliculas adhesivas durante la fusion. Se obtiene de este modo el producto acabado una coloracion homogenea a la vision por transparencia.
Description
CRISTAL LAMINADO CON UNA PELÍCULA CONTRAENCOLADA
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓN
La invención se refiere a un cristal laminado con una película contraencolada, con las características de preámbulo de la reivindicación 1. Se conocen los cristales · laminados previstos para el montaje en los techos deslizantes-pivotantes (quemacocos) de vehículos o también para los cristales laterales posteriores o los medallones posteriores de vehículos, que se componen esencialmente de dos cristales rígidos de vidrio o de material plástico y películas adhesivas que reúnen por encolamiento estos dos cristales rígidos uno con el otro. Para absorber una parte de la luz penetrante por el cristal laminado en el estado montado, se utiliza frecuentemente una película adhesiva teñida en la masa. Por combinación con una película adhesiva no coloreada, claramente transparente por sí misma, en el estado terminado, se mejora el comportamiento acústico (insonorización) así como la resistencia a la radiación ultravioleta del laminado terminado. Para este último efecto, la película adhesiva no coloreada es, cuando el cristal laminado es montado, volteada hacia la radiación luminosa, respectivamente solar (hacia el exterior) . Esta absorbe una gran parte de la radiación UV, que podría a largo plazo modificar la coloración de la película adhesiva teñida . Al momento de la unión definitiva de las capas de este cristal laminado por un paso en el autoclave aproximadamente de 130 a 150°C, las dos películas adhesivas se funden casi completamente. El cristal laminado terminado presenta no obstante a veces, por transparencia una coloración nublada heterogénea claramente perceptible. Se ha constatado que, a consecuencia de las superficies rugosas y onduladas de las películas en la interfaz entre las películas adhesivas claras y coloreadas, se producen en el autoclave fenómenos de escurrimiento irregular y por consecuencia fluctuaciones del espesor de las películas, de un espesor sensiblemente regular antes de la fusión, principalmente independientemente del hecho de que las dos películas aplicadas una sobre la otra presentan inicialmente espesores iguales o diferentes. La rugosidad y la ondulación de las superficies de las películas son por una parte inevitables en la producción, y por otra parte, éstas contribuyen a una eliminación débil del aire del esbozo del laminado al momento de la aplicación de una depresión. El aire aprisionado entre las capas debe, de manera conocida, ser eliminado y éste se escapa en el espacio por los canales formados por las estructuras de las superficies. Se conocen también los cristales laminados en los cuales se inserta, entre dos películas adhesivas para un aislamiento térmico acrecentado, una película termoplástica adicional, la mayor parte del tiempo de PET (tereftalato de polietileno) , que está a su vez provista de un revestimiento (que contiene metal) que refleja las radiaciones infrarrojas. Para la misma función, se puede también utilizar una película sin componente metálico constituido de PET-PMMA coextruido o contraencolado (conocido bajo el nombre comercial SRF 3M® "solar reflecting film = película reflejante solar") . En estas películas contraencoladas - con las películas adhesivas del mismo tinte - el problema con una coloración diferente y del mezclado de las películas adhesivas no se impone naturalmente. La invención tiene por objetivo perfeccionar un cristal laminado de esta naturaleza, con una película contraencolada a partir de las películas adhesivas teñidas de manera diferente, de manera para evitar las perturbaciones ópticas provocadas por las fluctuaciones del espesor al momento de la fusión. De acuerdo a la invención, este objetivo es alcanzado por las características de la reivindicación 1.
Las características de las reivindicaciones secundarias presentan perfeccionamientos ventajosos de este objeto. Se puede evitar con certidumbre los efectos ópticos indeseables colocando entre la película adhesiva teñida y la película adhesiva clara, al menos una capa intermedia adicional, que no modifica su superficie en el curso el tratamiento en el autoclave, y que conserva sensiblemente su forma espacial adquirida ulteriormente después de la unión de las capas del laminado. Las superficies de las películas adhesivas cercanas son de este modo aplanadas uniformemente al momento de la fusión y no pueden formar ninguna ondulación visualmente perceptible. Como capa intermedia, se puede utilizar por ejemplo una película clara de PET, una película de PET revestida, por ejemplo del tipo Southwall XIR, una película co-extruída de PET-PMMA, por ejemplo del tipo SRF 3M®, pero también otras numerosas películas (por ejemplo, de PC, PE, PEN, PM A, PVC) que son visualmente también tan transparentes como sea posible, y no se modifican en el autoclave en lo que concierne a su superficie y a su consistencia . Otra exigencia esencial es naturalmente que las películas utilizadas como capa intermedia sean compatibles con las películas adhesivas cercanas. Debe existir en particular una buena adherencia entre las películas adhesivas y la capa intermedia, para no tener que temer la despegadura de las capas. De igual modo, no debe aparecer ninguna interacción química o física, que pudiera conducir las perturbaciones ópticas o mecánicas por la duración de la vida del cristal laminado. Se podría también aceptar otro cristal rígido como capa intermedia, de preferencia pero no exclusivamente un cristal extremadamente delgado de vidrio o de material plástico (por ejemplo de policarbonato) que puede eventualmente adaptarse sin preformación incluso de una pequeña curvatura de los dos cristales rígidos del cristal laminado. Si el cristal laminado es plano y/o si su espesor total y su peso tiene menos importancia, entonces un cristal rígido de espesor normal (algunos milímetros) de vidrio o de material plástico puede formar la capa intermedi . Con la ayuda de esta capa intermedia ahogada en la película contraencolada, se forma en cada caso una capa o pared de separación, que impide este proceso de escurrimiento irregular indeseable entre las dos películas adhesivas diferentes, incluso cuando éstas son completamente fundidas. Los cristales laminados fabricados de este modo son teñidos de manera muy homogénea en visión por transparencia.
De acuerdo a otra variante más de la invención, se puede también obtener una coloración suplementaria del producto acabado, en visión por transparencia, por una coloración adecuada de la capa intermedia misma. Una capa intermedia teñida' puede, además de la coloración de una primera película adhesiva de alta flexibilidad y reproducibilidad incluso en una serie de cristales laminados de la misma configuración, aportar tintes diferentes, por ejemplo para completar la adaptación a los coloridos circundantes (laca de carrocería, equipo interior en un vehículo) , el tinte de base de la película adhesiva y el tinte adicional de la capa intermedia deberán naturalmente ser cuidadosamente armonizados uno con el otro.
Ejemplo de realización: Para la realización de la invención, se colocan dos cristales rígidos en la forma deseada, de la manera usual (perímetro y eventualmente contorno abovedado) . Se recorta la película adhesiva teñida y la película adhesiva no teñida, de manera apropiada y se inserta entre ellas una película delgada de PET. Se coloca en seguida la pila de película sobre uno de los cristales rígidos y se recubre con el segundo cristal rígido. Por regla general, se recortarán las superficies de película un poco más pequeñas a las superficies de los cristales rígidos. Estos últimos pueden ser los dos de vidrio o de un material plástico, o se utiliza un cristal de vidrio y un cristal de material plástico . Después de haber eliminado el aire de la pila de cristales y de películas y con ayuda de dispositivos adecuados, el esbozo laminado es sometido a un tratamiento por calor y presión en un autoclave. En este caso, las películas adhesivas son completamente fundidas y se unen íntimamente por encolado a las caras respectivamente cercanas de los cristales o de la capa intermedia. De manera conocida per se, se obturará con los medios apropiados la ventana periférica entre los cristales rígidos en el plano de la película contra enchapada, con el fin de evitar los desprendimientos que parten de estos sitios . En una variante, se puede también realizar la película contra enchapada por pre-fabricación, en lugar de colocarla antes de la ensambladura, en el curso de la cual o bien una de las películas adhesivas es previamente encolada a la capa intermedia, de tal suerte que no queda más que poner la segunda película adhesiva o bien las tres capas de películas son ya reunidas y deben incluso únicamente ser recortadas para adaptarse a los cristales rígidos .
Tales esbozos contraencolados son empleados sobre todo cuando la capa intermedia se presenta bajo la forma de una película de PET revestida, en la cual la cara principal revestida está ya recubierta de una película adhesiva poco tiempo después del revestimiento, con el fin de prevenir cualquier daño de la capa múltiple sensible, respectivamente del conjunto de capas. Antes de haber obtenido el encristalado laminado provisto de la capa o lámina intermedia que separa las diferentes capas o laminas adhesivas, se puede proceder al montaje del encristalado en un hueco de ventana de una carrocería automovilística o bien de un edificio de acuerdo a la utilización preferida del encristalado de acuerdo a la invención. Con el fin de evitar que la capa o lámina adhesiva teñida no sea degradada por la radiación solar se mostrará el encristalado en dicho hueco poniendo la capa o película adhesiva no teñida hacia la luz incidente. Se podrá absorber luego la mayor parte de la radiación nociva sin ser degradada (pérdida de color) . Se comprende que la lámina o capa teñida debe ser colocada, durante la fabricación del laminado, del costado del encristalado laminado que va a formar la cara interna, no expuesta a las radiaciones , lo que es . particularmente importante en el caso de encristalados abombados.
Claims (11)
1. Cristal laminado con una película contraencolada que reúne uno con el otro por encolamiento, dos cristales rígidos en un cristal laminado, la película que comprende al menos una película adhesiva teñida y una película adhesiva no teñida pueden fundirse luego de la fabricación del cristal laminado, caracterizado porque éste está previsto entre las dos películas adhesivas diferentes teñidas, que pueden fundir al menos una capa intermedia, lo que provoca una igualación uniforme de las superficies opuestas una con la otra de las dos películas adhesivas durante la fusión.
2. Cristal laminado según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque el valor de la transmisión de la luz visible de la película teñida en el producto acabado, se sitúa entre 1 y 85%.
3. Cristal laminado según la reivindicación 1 ó 2, caracterizado porque la capa intermedia es formada por una película de PET de un espesor comprendido entre 10 y 100 µ?a.
4. Cristal laminado según la reivindicación 1 ó 2, caracterizado porque la capa intermedia es formada por una película sin metal del tipo SRF 3M® que refleja las radiaciones infrarrojas.
5. Cristal laminado según la reivindicación 1 ó 2, caracterizado porque la capa intermedia es formada por un cristal rígido adicional de vidrio o de material plástico.
6. Cristal laminado según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones precedentes, caracterizado porque las dos películas adhesivas tienen cada una un espesor comprendido entre 0.2 y 1.1 mm, de preferencia entre 0.38 y 0.76 mm.
7. Cristal laminado según la reivindicación 6, caracterizado porque al menos una de las películas adhesivas se compone de polivinil butiral .
8. Cristal laminado según la reivindicación 6, caracterizado porque al menos una de las películas adhesivas se compone de un termoplástico sin plastificante, en particular etilenacetato de vinilo (EVA) .
9. Cristal laminado según la reivindicación 6, caracterizado porque al menos una de las películas adhesivas se compone de metracrilato de polimetilo (PMMA.) .
10. Cristal laminado según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones precedentes, caracterizado porque la capa intermedia está teñida.
11. Cristal laminado según la reivindicación 10, caracterizado porque el tinte de la capa intermedia aditivo al tinte de la capa adhesiva tenida, da un tinte transparente modificado con relación a la coloración de la película adhesiva únicamente.
