Abstract

Se describe un metodo para la identificacion de antigenos especificos del tumor por medio de la seleccion de bibliotecas de exhibicion de ADNc utilizando sueros, caracterizado porque la seleccion es efectuada con la tecnica de exhibicion del fago, y en particular la seleccion es efectuada por medio de la tecnica SEREX (analisis serologico de antigenos del tumor autologo a traves de la expresion del ADNc recombinante). El metodo de acuerdo con la invencion descrito aqui combina ventajosamente el metodo SEREX con la potencia de la tecnica de exhibicion del fago definida anteriormente, al mismo tiempo que evita las desventajas caracteristicas de la tecnica SEREX.
