Abstract

Prensa para el moldeo por inyeccion de materiales plasticos y/o aleaciones no ferrosas que comprende un plano movible y un plano fijo, en cuyos lados opuestos un molde y un molde contador se aplican. Cuatro miembros transversales se proporcionan asociados a dichos planos, movible (10) y fijo (12) y medios de sujecion (46) actuando en dichos miembros transversales (14) con objeto de transmitir la presion generada por un medio de piston a dicho plano movible (10) durante la fase de inyeccion. Los miembros transversales (14) son, en un extremo, integrales con el plano movible (10) y proyectandose desde este en el lado del plano fijo (12), cuatro cabezas de operacion (28), cada una de ellas comprendiendo uno de dichos medios de piston para controlar el cierre del molde y molde contador y uno de dichos medios de sujecion (46). Con dichos medios de piston se asocian medios de apoyo, primero y segundo (18, 50) adaptados para encontrarse en dos posiciones de operacion en la primera de ellas, durante moldeo, se separan entre ellos, y en la segunda de ellas, al final del moldeo, se encuentran en contacto entre ellos. Entre los medios de sujecion (46) y el plano fijo (12) se ubican medios elasticos (47) adaptados para mantener bajo embrague el medio de sujecion (46) y los medios de piston de control cuando estos ultimos se desactivan.
