Abstract
Los artefactos de distorsion que preceden a un transitorio de senal en un flujo de senales de audio procesado mediante un sistema de codificacion de audio de baja tasa de transferencia de bitios, en base a transformaciones, que emplea bloques de codificacion, se reducen detectando un transitorio en el flujo de senales de audio y desplazando la relacion temporal del transitorio con respecto a los bloques de codificacion, de manera tal que se reduzca la duracion en el tiempo de los artefactos de distorsion. Los datos de audio se escalan en el tiempo, en una manera tal que los transitorios son reubicados temporalmente antes de la cuantificacion en un codificador de audio de baja tasa de transferencia de bitios, basado en transformaciones, a fin de reducir la cantidad de pre-ruido en la senal de audio codificada. En forma alternativa, o adicional, en un sistema de codificacion de audio de baja tasa de transferencia de bitios, basado en transformaciones, se detecta un transitorio en el flujo de senales de audio, y una porcion de los artefactos de distorsion se comprimen en el tiempo de manera tal que se reduce la duracion en el tiempo de los artefactos de distorsion.
