Abstract

Compuestos de formula (I) son utiles como inhibidores de enzimas serin-proteasa parecidos a tripsina tales como trombina, factor VIIa, factor Xa, Tf/FVIIa y tripsina. Estos compuestos podrian ser utiles en el tratamiento y/o prevencion de trastornos de coagulacion, y como agentes anticoagulantes.
