Abstract

Cuando un usuario alimenta detalles necesarios en la pantalla de decision de un usuario y transmite los detalles alimentados (etapa S3), un servidor de aceptacion 12 lee una lista de direccion de la base de datos DB de direcciones 21, luego transmite la lista de direccion al usuario (etapa S4). El servidor de decision de area 13 lee la informacion de la estacion base de una base de datos (DB) de estacion base 24 y calcula la caracteristica de transmision entre dos puntos, es decir la antena y la estacion base, para decidir si la comunicacion entre los dos puntos es ejecutable o no. Si se decide que la comunicacion es ejecutable, se acepta la peticion de registro.
