Abstract

Un montaje de sello de vastago de valvula conformado radialmente se adapta para instalacion sobre una guia de valvula de un motor de combustion interna. El montaje incluye un retenedor de pared recta cilindrico y metalico con un elemento sellante elastomerico unido quimicamente a la superficie interior del retenedor. El elemento sellante incluye porciones superior e inferior; la porcion superior incluye un par de labios sellantes que comprenden un labio sellante para aceite y un labio sellante para gas. Los labios estan adaptados para medir el aceite a traves del limite entre el montaje de sello y un vastago de valvula asociado para asegurar lubricacion adecuada en el limite.
