Abstract

Una modalidad preferida de la invencion, es un metodo para determinar una alineacion de secuencias preferida entre una secuencia en cuestion y una o mas secuencias molde, el cual comprende los pasos de: 1) alinear por lo menos dos secuencias de referencia para determinar uno o mas espacios de PUENTES/SALIENTES; 2) determinar una puntuacion de alineacion entre cada alineacion potencial de la secuencia en cuestion y cada secuencia molde con base en si una alineacion de secuencias determinada entre la secuencia en cuestion y cada secuencia molde crea o no un espacio de PUENTE/SALIENTE; y 3) determinar una alineacion de secuencias preferida con base en las puntuaciones de alineacion de la secuencia en cuestion con cada secuencia molde.
