"PROCESSO PARA DETERMINAçãO DE ESTRUTURA TRIDIMENSIONAL DE PROTEìNA A PARTIR DE SEQuêNCIA PRIMáRIA DE PROTEìNA". A invenção refere-se a uma modalidade preferida da invenção que é um processo para determinação de um preferido alinhamento de seq³ências entre uma seq³ência dúvida e uma ou mais seq³ências moldes compreendendo as etapas de: 1) alinhamento de pelo menos duas sequencias referências para determinar uma ou mais folgas PONTE/PROTUBERáNCIA; 2) determinação de um escore de alinhamento entre cada potencial alinhamento da seq³ência dúvida e cada seq³ência molde baseado em se ou não um dado alinhamento de seq³ências entre a seq³ência dúvida e cada seq³ência molde cria uma folga PONTE / PROTUBERáNCIA e 3) determinação de um preferido alinhamento de seq³êcias baseado nos escores de alinhamento da seq³ência dúvida com cada seq³ência molde.
