Abstract

Se describen composiciones farmacéuticas que comprenden un agente farmacéutico macromolecular en forma micelar mixta. Las micelas mixtas se forman a partir de un alquil sulfato de metal alcalino y por lo menos tres diferentes compuestos formadores de micela como se describe en la especificacion. El tamaño de micela varía de entre aproximadamente 1 y 10 nanometros. También se describen métodos para hacer y utilizar las composiciones.
