Abstract

Se describe un metodo para producir una aleacion a base de hierro que contiene carburo de cromo, en donde piezas de pedazos de carburo cementado son agregadas a un fundido a base de hierro, que contiene carbono, por ejemplo, hierro fundido. Tambien se agrega cromo, que regula la solucion de WC al fundido. Luego, la aleacion fundida es moldeada. Se produce una aleacion que comprende carburo de cromo-tungsteno en una matriz ferrosa. Se reivindican usos de la aleacion.
