Abstract

Proveer un metodo-de fabricacion para un tubo doble que tiene un orificio formado en el mismo y un molde para implementar dicho metodo, que reduce el tiempo requerido de fabricacion, no dejar virutas en el espacio entre el tubo externo y el tubo interno, y ofrecer posicionamiento de orificio altamente preciso; el metodo de fabricacion para un tubo doble que tiene un orificio formado en el mismo referente a la presente invencion utiliza un molde en el cual se coloca una perforacion por lo menos en una de las mitades de molde divididas que forman la superficie circunferencial externa, se forma una indentacion al llevar la perforacion hacia el molde, y se aplica presion de fluido entre el tubo externo y el tubo interno del tubo doble localizado dentro del molde para formar un orificio en la pared circunferencial del tubo externo a traves de dicha indentacion; posteriormente, la perforacion se coloca en el molde de una manera impermeable al agua.
