Abstract

Se describen un metodo y sistema para verificar cargos facturados a un cliente a traves de un vendedor; un grupo de datos de facturacion asociados con los cargos es cargado a un sistema de verificacion de facturacion que es accesible tanto por el cliente como por el vendedor a traves de una red de computadora distribuida; el cliente revisa los datos de facturacion a traves del sistema de verificacion de facturacion para identificar excepciones de facturacion asociadas con cualesquiera cargos disputados; se genera un registro de excepcion de facturacion en el sistema de verificacion de facturacion para cada una de las excepciones de facturacion; despues al vendedor se le notifican las excepciones de facturacion; el vendedor revisa y responde a los registros de excepcion de facturacion a traves del sistema de verificacion de facturacion; se genera un registro de respuesta de excepcion para cada respuesta de vendedor, y despues se notifica al cliente los registros de respuesta de excepcion de facturacion revisados.
