Abstract
Se describe un aparato de compresion de fluido para extraer, comprimir y descargar un fluido que incluye un bloque de cilindro que tiene un agujero de cilindro de un diametro predeterminado que penetra a traves del bloque de cilindro en una direccion longitudinal, una camara de descarga que tiene un diametro mas grande que el diametro del agujero de cilindro, y por lo menos un puerto de succion de fluido que penetra en el bloque de cilindro en una direccion substancialmente perpendicular con respecto a la direccion longitudinal del agujero de cilindro, el bloque de cilindro utilizando cierto especio del mismo que esta interconectado con la camara de descarga del agujero de cilindro como un puerto de descarga de fluido; un piston movilmente dispuesto en el agujero de cilindro del bloque de cilindro para moverse reciprocamente en forma lineal; un ensamble de valvula de descarga teniendo una placa de valvula dispuesta para ser elasticamente desviada desde la camara de descarga hacia el puerto de descarga de fluido para abrir o cerrar selectivamente el puerto de descarga de fluido del bloque de cilindro; y una cabeza de cilindro dispuesta en un extremo de la camara de descarga del bloque de cilindro, y teniendo un canal de descarga de fluido interconectado con la camara de descarga. Ya que el piston sirve para abrir y cerrar e l puerto de succion, mientras se mueve linealmente en forma reciproca dentro del agujero de cilindro, no existe la necesidad de un ensamble de valvula de succion separado. Tambien, ya que la placa de valvula se separa de y abre el puerto de descarga, como resultado de la alta presion del fluido en el agujero de cilindro, el fluido comprimido es completamente descargado. Por consiguiente, se reduce al minimo un volumen de claro en el agujero de cilindro y se mejora la eficiencia de compresion.
