Abstract
Se describe un metodo para tratar un suministro de fluorocarburo que incluye generar, en una zona de alta temperatura, un arco electrico entre por lo menos un catodo y por lo menos un anodo, generar en la zona de alta temperatura y por medio del arco electrico y gas de plasma, un plasma termico que tenga una flama de cola, lo que permite que el suministro de fluorocarburo comprende por lo menos un compuesto de fluorocarburo para formar una mezcla termica reactiva con la flama de cola de plasma termica, con un compuesto de fluorocarburo que se disocia con por lo menos un precursor de fluorocarburo o especies reactivas que tienen menos atomos de carbono en comparacion con el compuesto de fluorocarburo, y enfriar la mezcla termica reactiva para formar, a partir de precursor de fluorocarburo o las especies reactivas, un producto de fluorocarburo.
