Abstract

Un dispositivo valvular (11) de tres vias controlado por presion y en forma remota para uso como valvula de neumatico en una disposicion de control de inflado de neumaticos en vehiculos de transporte, sin necesidad de lineas de control adicionales. El dispositivo comprende un embolo (21) atravesado axialmente por un paso de entrada (17A) normalmente cerrado por una valvula de entrada impulsada por un resorte (23). La pared lateral externa del embolo presenta un rebaje (35) donde se extiende una junta torica (37) que, ademas de hacer tope contra los escalones (41) del rebaje para limitar la carrera del embolo, mantiene cerrado un pasode salida (15B) hacia una via de evacuacion (17B) implementada en la pared lateral del cuerpo (13) del dispositivo. El embolo incluye una junta torica (43) que evita cortocircuitos entre el paso de entrada y la via de evacuacion, y un resorte (47) para contrarrestar la friccion entre la junta torica y la pared interna del dispositivo. Los filtros (51A, 51C) se disponen en las respectivas vias (17A, 17C) y estan conectados con la alimentacion de aire que ingresa y con la camara del neumatica, y ademas proporcionan asientos fijos para los resortes. El embolo puede permanecer en una posicion intermedia estable que abre el paso de salida o de desinflado y que es controlada enviando una presion de aire por la via de entrada al 50% de la presion nominal.
