Description

EQUIPMENT TO CHANGE THE DIRECTION OF THE BIKE FORCEPS Technical Field The present invention relates to an apparatus for changing the direction of the driving force for bicycles, more particularly, with an apparatus for changing the direction of the driving force for bicycles, which can move bicycles forward by pedaling towards back, as well as pedaling forward. It also has a simple structure and occupies a small space, can be installed on an external portion of a pedal arrow, a rear wheel hub, even more, in the bicycle frame.
BACKGROUND ART In general, a bicycle can move in only one direction, ie, move forward by pedaling forward, thereby causing fatigue in the cyclist's leg and uneven development in the leg muscle when the cyclist rides a bicycle during A long time. Thus, in order to solve the problems, many inventors have made an effort in the development of an apparatus for changing the direction of the driving force for bicycles, which can be applied to a conventional bicycle pedaling in one direction .
The apparatus for changing the direction of the impulse force for bicycles developed up to now is classified into three fields, approximately in accordance with the methods adopted for the same, that is, methods using auxiliary gear, bevel gear and planetary gear. As a representative invention related to the apparatus for changing the direction of the driving force for bicycles, Manrzoursos et al. (EPO Publication Number 0,369,925) describes a system for the transmission of bicycle movement adopting auxiliary gear, Foster (Patent of the States U.S. Patent No. 5,435,583) discloses a bidirectional, bi-directional bicycle gearbox which adopts a bevel gear and a clutch, and the invention of the same inventor of the present application (Korean Patent Application Number 98-1617) describes an apparatus for changing the bicycle power direction by adopting a planetary gear. However, because the above apparatuses are attached outside the arrow of the pedal, the attached apparatus protrudes out of the frame of the bicycle, thereby obstructing the pedaling of a cyclist. In addition, due to the protruding portion, it is difficult to attach the apparatus to a newly developed bicycle that can be folded to be portable. The invention also causes noise by the engagement of the ratchet gears which are indispensable for the inventions. In this way, the above problems have given rise to requirements in the development of a transmission for a bicycle, which can be attached to an axle or a rear wheel and which makes little noise, as an apparatus for changing the direction of the driving force for bicycles. One example of such an apparatus for changing the direction of the driving force for bicycles, which can be installed on a rear wheel axle, is Korean Patent Application 98-1616 of the inventor of the present invention. The above invention discloses an apparatus for changing the driving direction of a bicycle hub, wherein a speed change portion and a pulse direction change portion are installed, whereby the pedaling can be transformed backwards into forward momentum of bicycles and speed of the bicycle. Best Way to Carry Out the Invention < Mode 1 > As shown in Figures 1 and 2, the present invention of an apparatus for changing the direction of the driving force for bicycles comprises, in total, a pedal arrow 100 having an angular portion 100a, a pulse transfer portion. 200 which is transferring the pulse force of the pedal 100 arrow to a pulse change portion 300 in the case of backward pedaling or to a sprocket 400 directly in the case of forward pedaling, this portion of momentum changes 300 changes the direction of the impulse force from the pulse transfer portion 200, the sprocket 400 transfers the driving force to a rear wheel via the connecting element such as a chain, an arrow housing 500 having a plurality of bolt holes 500a, and fastener 600 for securing the above elements. The pulse transfer portion 200 is composed of a carrier 210 that is flush with the angular portion 100a, a group of forward clutch bolts 211, and a group of reverse clutch bolts 212 is formed therein, a first Sun gear 220 having the inner surface which is driven by contacting it with the group of forward clutch bolts 211 and a gear portion 220a is formed along the outer circumference therein. The pulse change portion 300 is composed of a second sun gear 310, which is driven by contacting it with the set of reverse clutch pins 212, and a gear portion 310a is formed along the outer circumference therein, forward planetary gears 320, which are engaged with the first sun gear 220, reverse planetary gears 330 which are engaged with the planetary gears forward 320 and the second sun gear 310 at the same time. As shown in Figures 4A and 4B, the group of forward clutch bolts 211 is located between the angular portion 100a of the pedal arrow and the inner surface of the first sun gear 220, and the clutch bolt group of Reverse 212 is located between the angular portion 100a of the pedal arrow and the inner surface of the second sun gear 310. The group of forward clutch bolts 211 and the group of reverse clutch bolts 212 are formed in the carrier 210 with interval. So that the carrier 210 transfers the pulse force of the pedal arrow 100 to the first sun gear 220 when a cyclist pedals forward, on the other hand, the carrier 210 transfers the pulse force of the pedal 100 arrow to the second sun gear 310 when a cyclist pedals backwards. The gear 400 is formed along the outer circumference of the extended portion of the first sun gear 310. An auxiliary gear 410, which is composed of sprockets having different diameters, can be installed on one side of the first gear. 220 to transform the speed of a bicycle. The forward planetary gears 320 and the reverse planetary gears 330, as shown in Figures 2 and 3, are mounted on the housing of the arrow 500 with the bolts 321. Actually, the forward and reverse planetary gears 320, 330, have the same shapes, but the installation position is different, as shown in Figure 2, namely, the reverse planetary gears 320 are installed closer to the housing of the arrow 500 than the planetary gears forward 330, because the orientation of the pins 321 are opposite (refer to Figure 5). Therefore, the forward planetary gears 320 are engaged with the first sun gear 220, but the reverse planetary gears 330 are embossed with the second sun gear 310. A set of forward and reverse planetary gears 320, 330 it may work well in the present invention, but a plurality of sets is more preferable. The operation of the apparatus for changing the direction of the driving force for bicycles, having the above structure, according to the present invention will be described as follows. 1. Travel forward by pedaling forward. When pedaling forward, the arrow of the pedal 100 rotates in the same direction as the pedal (not shown), namely, the direction indicated by the arrow in Figure 4A. Then, the relative position of the forward clutch bolt group 211 moves towards the clockwise direction in Figure 4A, that is, the group of forward clutch bolts 211 is located near the portion of edge of the angular portion 100a. As a result, the arrow of the pedal 100, the carrier 210, and the first sun gear 220 rotate together. So that the sprocket 400 (or auxiliary input wheel 410) formed along the extended outer circumference of the first sun gear 220 rotates, and the rear wheel connected to the sprocket 400 via the chains also rotates, therefore, the bicycle can move forward. In this case, due to the rotation of the first sun gear 220, the forward planetary gears 320, which are engaged with the first sun gear, also rotate. And the reverse planetary gears 330 and the second sun gear 310 rotate with the embedment with the planetary gears forward 320. However, because there is no additional embedding, the rotation of the reverse planetary gears 330 and the second sun gear 310 are at rest. 2. Forward movement by pedaling backward. When pedaling forward, the arrow of pedal 100 rotates in the same direction as a pedal (not shown), namely, the direction indicated by the arrow in Figure 4B. Then, the relative position of the forward clutch bolt group 212 moves in the counterclockwise direction in Figure 4B, that is, the group of forward clutch bolts 212 is located near the other portion. of edge of the angular portion 100a. As a result, the arrow of the pedal 100, the carrier 210, and the second sun gear 310 rotate together. And the reverse planetary gears 330 rotate with the embossing with the second sun gear 310, at the same time, the forward planetary gears 320 and the first sun gear 220 rotate together. However, in the process of rotating the forward and reverse planetary gears 320, 330, the direction of rotation is reversed, in accordance with the foregoing, the first sun gear 220 rotates forward. In this way, the sprocket 400 (or auxiliary sprocket 410) formed along the extended outer circumference of the first sun gear 220 rotates, and the rear wheel connected to the sprocket 400 via the chain also rotates, Therefore, the bicycle can travel forward. Therefore, when pedaling backwards, the bicycle also moves forward with the operation of the impulse change portion 300. 3. Pulling back a bicycle. When the bicycle is pulled back, the sprocket 400 rotates backward by the rotation of a rear wheel and the first sun gear 220 also rotates backward. In this case, there is no embedding between the first sun gear 220 and the carrier 210. The forward planetary gears 320 rotate forward by rotation of the first sun gear 220, then the reverse planetary gears 330 and the second gear 310 also rotate. However, there is no additional embedding between the second sun gear 310 and the carrier 210, as a result, the bicycle can be pulled back without a load like general bicycles. <; Modality 2 > Figure 6 is a sectional view of the present invention according to the second embodiment of the present invention, installed inside the frame of a bicycle.
