Abstract

La disociacion homogenea, catalizada con acido del hidroperoxido de cumeno, se lleva a cabo habitualmente en varios transmisores de calor en forma de paquetes de tubos, que estan montados en forma consecutiva de tal manera que es recirculada una porcion del producto disociado para mezclarse con el material de entrada destinado para la disociacion. La proporcion de la corriente recirculatoria respecto al material de entrada es de 10 a 25. Conforme a la presente invencion disminuye esta proporcion de circulacion a valores inferiores a 10 por lo cual sorprendentemente se generan claros incrementos en la selectividad. La invencion se refiere al campo de la elaboracion de fenol y acetona.
