Abstract

La invencion se refiere a un método y un aparato para producir clinker de cemento, caracterizado porque el clinker de cemento es ante todo calcinado en una zona de combustion y enfriado después en una zona de enfriamiento, caracterizado porque el enfriamiento ocurre por lo menos parcialmente por la liberacion de combustible y vapor, caracterizado porque en la primera fase de enfriamiento, el combustible liberado se mezcla con el clinker de cemento y se piroliza inicialmente, y los productos resultantes de la pirolisis tienen una fuerte reaccion endotérmica con el vapor, de modo que el clinker de cemento es templado de tal forma que por lo menos 95%, preferiblemente el 100%, de la fase líquida contenida en el mismo, es transformado en vidrio.
