Abstract

Se describe un artículo absorbente desechable que tiene una longitud y un ancho. El artículo absorbente desechable define una parte de cintura primer y segunda y una parte marginal longitudinal primera y segunda. El artículo absorbente incluye los componentes de una capa de hoja inferior, una capa de hoja superior, y una estructura absorbente localizada entre la capa de hoja superior y la capa de hoja inferior. El articulo incluye por lo menos un área elastizada formada de un adhesivo sensible a la presion, termofundido y elastomérico, un primer componente y un segundo componente, dichos componentes primero y segundo estando adheridos uno a otro por medio de un adhesivo sensible a la presion termofundido y elastomérico. El adhesivo sensible a la presion, termofundido y elastomérico y el área elastizada formada con el mismo tienen las siguientes características: a) una resistencia de union adhesiva suficiente para adherir dichos componentes primero y segundo juntos durante el uso de dicho artículo absorbente desechable; b) un alargamiento de por lo menos de 50%; c) una fuerza retractiva de menos de 400 gramos fuerza por pulgada de ancho a un alargamiento de 90%; d) una viscosidad de menos de 70,000 centipoises a 350 degree F; y e) un valor de flujo en frío de menos de 20% a 54 degree C.
