Abstract

본 발명은 사용할 때 언더가멘트에 접착되는 생리대, 팬티 라이너 및 실금자용 패드와 같은 흡수 제품(10)에 관한 것이다. 보다 구체적으로, 본 발명은 한방향 또는 두방향 모두 연신가능하고 종방향으로 가요성이 있어 제품의 착용자에게 개선된 안락함을 제공하는 제품(10)에 관한 것이다.

가요성이 있고 연신가능한 흡수 제품 및 이들의 언더가멘트에의 고정법(FLEXIBLE AND STRETCHABLE ABSORBENT ARTICLES AND THEIR FIXATION TO UNDERGARMENTS)
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명에 따른 보호용 측면 플랩이 없는 팬티라이너의 가멘트 대향면의 평면도를 나타낸다, 제2도는 본 발명의 다른 양태에 따른 보호용 측면 플랩을 갖는 생리대의 가멘트 대향면을 나타낸다.

Claims (8)

  1. 선택적으로 보호용 측면 플랩을 포함하고; 언더가멘트에 제품을 접착시키는 접착제를 포함하는 가멘트 대향면을 포함하고; 이때 접착제는 실제의 접착면을 갖고, 접착제가 가멘트 대향면의 둘레를 넘어 연장되지 않으면서 접착제를 감싸는 무한 선의 최단선 내부에 이론적인 접착면을 한정하고; 가멘트 대향면에 평행한 하나이상의 방향, 바람직하게는 서로 평행하지 않지만 둘 모두 가멘트 대향면에 평행한 두개의 방향으로 탄성적으로 연신가능하고; 실제 접착면 대 가멘트 대향면의 표면 비율이 0.2 이상이고, 상기 보호용 측면 플랩이 없는 제품의 경우 이론적인 접착면 대 가멘트 대향면의 표면 비율이 0.6 내지 1.0 범위이고, 보호용 측면 플랩이 있는 제품의 경우 0.5 내지 1.0의 범위이고, 변형된 ASTM D1388에 따라 측정된 가요성이 1300mgⅹcm 내지 3500mgⅹcm임을 특징으로 하는, 언더가멘트내에 사용되는, 가요성이 있고 연신가능한 흡수 제품.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 가요성이 2000mgⅹcm 내지 3500mgⅹcm의 범위인 흡수 제품.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 가요성이 2000mgⅹcm 내지 3000mgⅹcm의 범위인 흡수 제품.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 이론적인 접착면 대 가멘트 대향면의 표면 비율이 보호용 측면 플랩이 없는 제품의 경우 0.85 내지 1.0의 범위이고, 보호용 측면 플랩이 있는 제품의 경우 0.7 내지 0.9의 범위인 흡수 제품.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 가멘트 대향면에 수직인 축을 따른 제품의 최대 두께가 3mm미만, 바람직하게는 0.5내지 1.5mm의 범위인 흡수 제품.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 보호용 측면 플랩을 갖지 않고 표면 비율이 0.9내지 1.0인 흡수 제품.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 접착제가 실제 접착면 대 가멘트 대향면의 표면 비율이 0.2 내지 0.5가 되도록 제품의 가멘트 대향면의 둘레에 이어 무한 스트립으로서 제공되는 흡수 제품.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 팬티 라이너인 흡수 제품.
