Abstract

Se presenta un resorte de goma de canillas con amortiguacion hidráulica par el alojamiento en vehículos, el cual consta de una canilla de alojamiento interior (1), una canilla de alojamiento exterior (2) que circunda con distancia radial a la primera, un cuerpo elastomérico dispuesto entre ambas canillas de alojamiento y fija al menos a una de ellas, el cual conforma al menos una cámara llena con agente de amortiguacion hidráulico, una tapa (5), la cual cierra herméticamente el resorte de goma de canillas formando una segunda cámara (6), una placa de canales (7), la cual contiene un canal de estrangulacion (7,1) el cual comunica las cámaras (4 y 6), presentando la canilla de alojamiento exterior (2) al menos dos diámetros exteriores diferentes, de los cuales la zona de menor diámetro cargada básicamente de manera radial se introduce en el componente del vehículo (8), en la zona correspondiente de la canilla de alojamiento interior (1) se prevén al menos dos amortiguadores tope (9) distribuidos en la periferia y la zona diámetro mayor contiene las cámaras (4, 6), separadas por la placa de canales (7), llenas con agente de amortiguacion. La placa de canales (7) de preferencia de dos piezas presenta una pieza portadora (7,2) con el canal de estrangulacion (7,1), así como tapa (7.3) que cierra esta ultima. La pieza portadora (7.2) está realizada en una pieza con una membrana (7.4), cuya zona radial interior se introduce herméticamente en una recepcion complementaria de la canilla de almacenamiento interior (1).
