Abstract

Un mecanismo para el estirado previo, que se utiliza en un aparato para envoltura orbital, en que la red de película plástica se retira de un rodillo de alimentacion de película y se aplica a un objeto que se va a envolver, en virtud de su movimiento de rotacion relativo del objeto y del rodillo, que comprende un rodillo de frenado en contacto con el rodillo de alimentacion, un rodillo de estiramiento en contacto con la red y los mecanismos para la actuacion de la transmision, conectando los rodillos de forma tal que al velocidad superficial del rodillo de estiramiento en la direccion del movimiento de la película excede a del rodillo de frenado en esta direccion, en que el rodillo de alimentacion se monta para su rotacion en soporte deslizables y la presion de contacto entre el rodillo de frenado y en de alimentacion, debido a la tension en el retiro de la red, aumenta por los resortes de carga hasta el punto en que ocurre el deslizamiento entre el rodillo de alimentacion y el rodillo de ruptura antes de que la tension de retiro de la red alcance los valores en los cuales la red se podría restirar y romperse.
