Abstract

La invencion se refiere a un método para producir tubos (3) laminados por presion con un mandril (1) de presion y uno o más rodillos (2) de presion, este tubo (3) se dispone ente el mandril (1) de presion y los rodillos de presion (2) y se deforma plásticamente por medio de la fuerza de la carga aplicada de los rodillos (2) de presion. Para producir tubos con engrosamientos de la pared de extremo, se propone usar en una primera operacion de trabajo, un primer mandril de presion (1a) con un soporte (4) de extremo de cabeza movil, de manera que los rodillos (2) de presion comiencen en trabajo de transformacion en el soporte (4) de extremo de cabeza movil y trabajen en la direccion del eje de la máquina, en seguida el tubo (3a) semi-acabado se toma desde el primer mandril de presion (1a), en la segunda operacion de trabajo el tubo (3a) semi-acabado se sujeta con el engrosamiento (5) de pared, el cual ya se ha producido en un plato de torno (6) (eje de tension o similar), montado en la máquina laminadora de presion, y un segundo mandril (1b) de presion, sujeto en el extremo de la cabeza movil, con un diámetro externo (d2) que corresponde al diámetro interno del engrosamiento de pared, es empujado dentro del tubo semi-acabado (3a) y en seguida los rodillos de presion (2) forman el segundo engrosamiento de pared desde el extremo de cabeza movil, en la direccion del extremo del eje de la máquina.
