Abstract

Un aparato de conversion de señal de imagen para convertir una primera señal de imagen en una segunda señal de imagen, en donde la primera y segunda señales de imagen incluye una pluralidad de ilustraciones de cuadros diferentes. Un detector de movimiento es capaz de funcionar para detectar el movimiento de la primera señal de imagen entre el primer cuadro y el segundo cuadro, y el circuito de procesamiento produce la segunda señal de imagen basada en una suposicion de un pixel en una posicion que corresponde al movimiento detectado. el aparato se puede emplear para producir una señal de salida ya sea de la misma resolucion que la primera señal de imagen con distorsion escalonada reducida o eliminada, o con resolucion más elevada en direcciones vertical y/u horizontal.
