Abstract
Se describe el método de fabricacion de viviendas de tamaño normalizado (D) usando una instalacion movil de fabricacion (100) pone la construccion de la casa de tamaño normalizado de manera comprensiva dentro de un ambiente de fábrica controlado. La estructura principal de la instalacion movil de fabricacion es suficientemente alta para montaje y el movimiento de las casas de tamaño normalizado dentro de la misma. Las líneas de produccion independientes, multiples (P1-P5) se establecen para producir cada una porciones de la vivienda en la forma de submontajes. Los terminados, armarios, utensilios, techo, pintura, etc, se instalan en las viviendas parcialmente terminadas antes de que las cosas dejen el piso de produccion. La instalacion movil de fabricacion permite que una casa de tamaño normalizado bajo construccion se haga avanzar vía un elemento de transporte (T) desde una línea de produccion a la proxima asta que se termina. Las casas completas se transportan subsecuentemente en el elemento de transporte sobre un camino de acceso controlado a los sitios individuales con cimientos preconstruidos, específicamente diseñados para aceptar estas viviendas de tamaño normalizado. La casa de tamaño normalizado se puede volver a colocar desde el elemento de transporte y se coloca directamente capacidad (N1-H3) tal como gruas de puente extendidas, despejadas, son la clave para el manejo y transporte de material en las líneas de produccion en la instalacion movil de fabricacion. Un pasillo de paso de impulsion, suficientemente grande para acomodar semi-remolques con remolques cargados se puede localizar dentro de la estructura principal de la instalacion movil de fabricacion.
