Abstract
La invencion se refiere a un aparato para el tratamiento térmico de un producto alimenticio bombeable, que comprende una o más unidades para el recalentamiento y calentamiento del producto alimenticio a una temperatura predeterminada, un conducto separador a través del cual pasa el producto alimenticio, y en el cual la temperatura es mantenida durante un tiempo de permanencia predeterminado, en uno o más enfriadores. De esta conformidad con la invencion, el conductor separador está designado con la invencion, el conducto separador está designado demandar tal que su longitud pueda ser modificada por lo menos en una parte del conducto separador de tal construccion que pueda funcionar ya sea como un conducto separador o como un enfriador. La invencion también se refiere a un método para tratamiento térmico continuo de un flujo de un producto alimenticio bombeable usando un aparato de conformidad con la invencion.
