Abstract

La presente invencion se refiere a concreto, mortero y las mezclas endurecibles que comprenden cemento y ceniza volátil para usarse en construccion; la invencion provee un método para incrementar el régimen de ganancia de resistencia de una mezcla endurecible que contiene ceniza volátil exponiendo la ceniza volátil a una pasta acuosa de oxido de calcio (cal) antes de su incorporacion a la mezcla endurecible; la invencion se refiere además a mezclas endurecibles, v. gr. concreto y mortero que contiene ceniza volátil que ha reaccionado previamente con oxido de calcio; en particular, la ceniza volátil se añade a ala pasta de oxido de calcio, la mezcla endurecible puede ser concreto mortero; en una modalidad específica, el mortero que contiene ceniza volátil tratada por exposicion a una pasta de cal acuosa se prepara y se prueba para resistencia a la compresion en puntos de tiempo más tempranos.
