Abstract

La presente invencion se refiere en general a polipéptidos recombinantes que tienen propiedades de citocina aviar o propiedades similares a la citocina aviar y a secuencias genéticas que codifican las mismas. Más particularmente, la presente invencion se dirige a polipéptidos recombinantes de interferon aviar Tipo II y específicamente a un interferon avia-y (IFN-y) y los derivados, homologos y análogos del mismo y usos del mismo como un modulador de respuesta inmune y como un agente mejorador del crecimiento.
