Abstract
En la presente invencion se proporciona un sistema mejorado de eliminacion de oxígeno. El sistema involucrar una fase eliminadora de oxígeno que contiene al menos un compuesto eliminador de oxígeno, una segunda fase que comprende al menos un catalizador efectivo para catalizar una reaccion de eliminacion de oxígeno. La fase eliminadora de oxígeno se encuentra substancialmente desprovista de cualquier catalizador para la reaccion de eliminacion de oxígeno, y la segunda fase se encuentra separada efectivamente de la fase eliminadora de oxígeno. No obstante, el sistema de eliminacion de oxígeno proporciona excelentes capacidades para la eliminacion del oxígeno, a la vez que evita muchos de los problemas de la técnica anterior, tales como la oxidacion no deseada durante procesos a altas temperaturas cuando el sistema se incorpora en una película de capas multiples.
