Abstract
【課題】 酸素吸収性に優れ、酸素吸収時に不快臭成分を発生することがなく、従って、これを用いた包装容器内に不快臭を発生させたり、包装容器から外部に不快臭を発散させたりすることがない酸素吸収剤及び酸素吸収性フィルムを提供する。
【解決手段】 共役ジエン単量体単位部分におけるビニル結合量が4モル%以下である共役ジエン重合体の環化物からなる酸素吸収剤。共役ジエン単量体単位部分におけるビニル結合量が4モル%以下である共役ジエン重合体の環化物を有効成分とする酸素吸収性フィルム。上記酸素吸収剤に加えて更に熱可塑性樹脂を含有する酸素吸収性フィルム。上記酸素吸収性フィルムを必須構成層として含有してなる酸素吸収性多層フィルム。上記酸素吸収性多層フィルムからなる包装材料。上記酸素吸収性多層フィルムを成形してなる包装容器。

技術分野
[0001] 本発明は、酸素吸収剤、酸素吸収性フィルム及び包装容器に関する。更に詳しく は、酸素吸収性に優れ、酸素吸収時に不快臭成分を発生することがなぐ従って、こ れを用いた包装容器内に不快臭を発生させたり、包装容器力 外部に不快臭を発 散させたりすることがな 、酸素吸収剤及び酸素吸収性フィルム、並びにこの酸素吸 収性フィルムを成形してなる包装容器に関する。
背景技術
[0002] ポリオレフインやポリスチレン等の包装性に優れた熱可塑性榭脂とエチレンービ- ルアルコール共重合体のような酸素不透過性に優れたガスノリアー性榭脂とからな る多層構造体が、食品包装等の分野において多用されている。
し力しながら、この多層構造体力もなる包装容器も酸素の透過を十分には阻止でき な!、ことから、これらの包装容器を構成する各層中に更にネオデカン酸コバルト等の 重金属系酸素捕捉剤等を配合することが行われて!/ヽる。
[0003] ところが、これらの酸素捕捉剤を使用することにより、酸素捕捉の効果は向上するも のの、酸素捕捉時に新たに臭気成分が発生することが指摘されている。この臭気成 分が、包装容器内に充満して包装容器を開いたときに不快感を与えたり、包装容器 を透過して外部に漏れ、冷蔵庫等に同時に保管されている他の食品等に移行したり するという問題がある。
[0004] この臭気成分の問題を解決しょうとする試みも報告されている。特許文献 1には、酸 素掃去剤として遷移金属塩を用いたガスノリア性榭脂組成物において、珪酸亜鉛、 酸化亜鉛と明礬の組成物等の脱臭剤をガスバリア性榭脂層や熱可塑性榭脂層に含 有させる方法が提案されて 、る。
また、特許文献 2には、遷移金属触媒と酸化性有機成分とを含有する酸素吸収性 榭脂組成物に、アミン担持多孔質シリカとエチレン ビニルアルコール共重合体等 の熱可塑性榭脂とを含む榭脂組成物を臭気バリア層として設けた多層構造体が報
告されている。
し力しながら、上記の多層構造体等においては、遷移金属塩等の反応により多種 多様の臭気成分が発生するので、提案された臭気バリア層で全ての臭気成分を捕 捉することはできない。
従って、これまで、酸素吸収と臭気成分の捕捉という両課題を同時に解決する方法 は、見出されていない。

発明の開示
発明が解決しょうとする課題
[0007] 従って、本発明の目的は、酸素吸収性に優れ、酸素吸収時に不快臭成分を発生 することがなぐ従って、これを用いた包装容器内に不快臭を発生させたり、包装容 器力も外部に不快臭を発散させたりすることがない酸素吸収剤及び酸素吸収性フィ ルムを提供することにある。本発明の他の目的は、この酸素吸収性フィルム力もなる 包装材料及び包装容器を提供することにある。
課題を解決するための手段
[0008] 本発明者は、共役ジェン重合体の環化物(以下、「共役ジェン重合体環化物」 、 うことがある。)が酸素吸収性を有することを見出し、これまで、共役ジェン重合体環 化物を有効成分とする酸素吸収剤について、その構造、この酸素吸収剤を含有する 組成物、この酸素吸収剤を用いた各種容器の構成等について、その特性を向上さ せるベぐ鋭意研究を進めてきた。
これらの研究の過程で、酸素吸収時の臭気成分の発生の問題に気付き、この解決 について、ガスノリア層や脱臭層の形成による解決策をこれまでに見出してきたが、 一方で、臭気成分の問題を引き起こさない酸素吸収剤の開発についても検討を重ね
てきた。
この結果、酸素吸収剤として、特定構造を有する共役ジェン重合体の環化物を用 いれば、前記目的が達成されることを見出し、この知見に基づいて本発明を完成す るに至った。
[0009] 力べして本発明によれば、共役ジェン単量体単位部分におけるビュル結合量が 4モ ル%以下である共役ジェン重合体の環化物力 なる酸素吸収剤が提供される。 本発明の酸素吸収剤は、共役ジェン重合体の共役ジェン単量体単位部分におけ るビニル結合量が 2モル%以下の共役ジェン重合体の環化物力 なることが好まし い。
本発明の酸素吸収剤において、共役ジェン重合体環化物の重量平均分子量が 10 , 000〜900, 000であり、不飽禾口結合減少率力 35〜75%であること力好まし!/ヽ。 また、本発明によれば、共役ジェン単量体単位部分におけるビュル結合量力 モ ル%以下である共役ジェン重合体の環化物を有効成分とする酸素吸収性フィルムが 提供される。
本発明の酸素吸収性フィルムは、共役ジェン重合体の共役ジェン単量体単位部分 におけるビニル結合量が 2モル%以下の共役ジェン重合体の環化物からなることが 好ましい。
上記酸素吸収性フィルムは、更に熱可塑性榭脂を含有することが好ましぐ熱可塑 性榭脂はポリオレフイン榭脂であることが好ましい。
更に、本発明によれば、上記酸素吸収性フィルムを必須構成層として含有してなる 酸素吸収性多層フィルムが提供される。
更に、本発明によれば、上記酸素吸収性多層フィルム力もなる包装材料が提供さ れる。
更に、本発明によれば、上記酸素吸収性多層フィルムを成形してなる包装容器が 提供される。
発明の効果
[0010] 本発明の酸素吸収剤及びこれを有効成分とする酸素吸収性フィルムは、酸素吸収 性に優れ、し力も酸素吸収時に臭気成分を発生することがない。従って、本発明の
酸素吸収性フィルムを成形して得られる包装容器は、包装容器内部に不快臭を発生 させたり、包装容器力も外部に不快臭を発散させたりすることがない。
従って、本発明の包装容器は、特に食品包装等の分野で有用である。
発明を実施するための最良の形態
[0011] 本発明の酸素吸収剤は、共役ジェン単量体単位部分におけるビュル結合量が 4モ ル%以下である共役ジェン重合体の環化物力 なる。
共役ジェン単量体を重合させると、その単量体単位は、例えば 1, 3 ジェン構造 を有する単量体を重合させる場合には、シス 1, 4 結合、トランス 1, 4 結合及 びビュル結合の 3種類の結合様式のいずれかを有する。イソプレンのように、共役ジ ェンの 2 及び 3—位に異なる置換基が存在する場合は、ビニル結合には、 1, 2- 結合と 3, 4 結合との 2種類が可能である。
本発明においては、この 1, 2 結合量と 3, 4 結合量との合計(「ビニル結合量」と いう。)が 4モル%以下であることが必要である。ビニル結合量は、 3モル%以下であ ることが好ましぐ 2モル%以下であることがより好ましぐ 1モル%以下であることが更 に好ましい。
[0012] 共役ジェン重合体環化物は、酸触媒の存在下に、上記の規定を満足する共役ジ ェン重合体を環化反応させて得られるものである。
共役ジェン重合体としては、共役ジェン単量体の単独重合体及び共重合体並び に共役ジェン単量体とこれと共重合可能な単量体との共重合体を使用することがで きる。
共役ジェン単量体は、特に限定されず、その具体例としては、 1, 3 ブタジエン、 イソプレン、 2, 3 ジメチルー 1, 3 ブタジエン、 2 フエ二ルー 1, 3 ブタジエン、 1, 3 ペンタジェン、 2—メチルー 1, 3 ペンタジェン、 1, 3 へキサジェン、 4, 5 ジェチルー 1, 3—ォクタジェン、 3 ブチルー 1, 3—ォクタジェン等が挙げられる これらの単量体は、単独で使用しても 2種類以上を組み合わせて用いてもよい。

ルスチレン、 p— t ブチルスチレン、 α—メチルスチレン、 α—メチルー ρ—メチルス チレン、 ο クロルスチレン、 m—クロノレスチレン、 p クロルスチレン、 p ブロモスチ レン、 2, 4 ジブ口モスチレン、ビュルナフタレン等の芳香族ビュル単量体;エチレン 、プロピレン、 1ーブテン等の鎖状ォレフィン単量体;シクロペンテン、 2—ノルボルネ ン等の環状ォレフィン単量体; 1, 5 へキサジェン、 1, 6 へブタジエン、 1, 7—ォ クタジェン、ジシクロペンタジェン、 5 ェチリデン 2 ノルボルネン等の非共役ジ ェン単量体;(メタ)アクリル酸メチル、(メタ)アクリル酸ェチル等の (メタ)アクリル酸ェ ステル;(メタ)アクリロニトリル、 (メタ)アクリルアミド等のその他の (メタ)アクリル酸誘導 体;等が挙げられる。
これらの単量体は、単独で使用しても 2種類以上を組み合わせて用いてもよい。
[0014] 共役ジェン単量体の単独重合体及び共重合体の具体例としては、天然ゴム (NR) 、ポリイソプレンゴム(IR)、ポリブタジエンゴム(BR)、ブタジエン イソプレン共重合 体ゴム(BIR)、トランスポリイソプレン等を挙げることができる。中でも、天然ゴム、ポリ イソプレンゴム及びポリブタジエンゴムが好ましぐポリイソプレンゴムがより好ま U、。 共役ジェン単量体とこれと共重合可能な単量体との共重合体の具体例としては、ス チレン一イソプレンゴム(SIR)、スチレン一ブタジエンゴム(SBR)、イソプレン一イソ ブチレン共重合体ゴム(IIR)、エチレン プロピレン ジェン共重合体ゴム(EPDM) 等を挙げることができる。
スチレン イソプレンゴムの具体例としては、重量平均分子量が 1, 000〜500, 00 0の芳香族ビニル重合体ブロックと少なくとも一つの共役ジェン重合体ブロックとを有 してなるブロック共重合体を挙げることができる。
[0015] 共役ジェン重合体における共役ジェン単量体単位の含有量は、本発明の効果を 損なわない範囲で適宜選択される力 通常、 40モル%以上、好ましくは 60モル%以 上、更に好ましくは 80モル%以上である。共役ジェン単量体単位の含有量が少なす ぎると、適切な範囲の不飽和結合減少率を得ることが困難になる恐れがある。
共役ジェン重合体の重合方法は常法に従えばよぐ例えば、チタン等を触媒成分と して含むチーグラー系重合触媒、アルキルリチウム重合触媒又はラジカル重合触媒 等の適宜な触媒を用いて、溶液重合又は乳化重合により行われる力 ビニル結合量
の少な 、共役ジェン重合体を得るためには、チーグラー系触媒を用いて溶液重合法 によるのが好ましい。また、 3, 4—結合等のビニル結合量を部分水素化反応により減 らした共役ジェン重合体を用いてもょ 、。
[0016] 環化反応に用いる酸触媒としては、公知のものを使用することができる。その具体 例としては、硫酸;フルォロメタンスルホン酸、ジフルォロメタンスルホン酸、 p—トルェ ンスルホン酸、キシレンスルホン酸、炭素数 2〜 18のアルキル基を有するアルキルべ ンゼンスルホン酸、これらの無水物及びアルキルエステル等の有機スルホン酸化合 物;三フッ化ホウ素、三塩ィ匕ホウ素、四塩化スズ、四塩化チタン、塩ィ匕アルミニウム、 ジェチルアルミニウムモノクロリド、ェチルアルミニウムジクロリド、臭化アルミニウム、 五塩ィ匕アンチモン、六塩化タングステン、塩ィ匕鉄等のルイス酸;等が挙げられる。これ らの酸触媒は、単独で使用しても、 2種以上を併用してもよい。中でも、有機スルホン 酸化合物が好ましぐ P—トルエンスルホン酸及びキシレンスルホン酸がより好ましい 酸触媒の使用量は、共役ジェン重合体 100重量部当たり、通常、 0. 05〜10重量 部、好ましくは 0. 1〜5重量部、より好ましくは 0. 3〜2重量部である。
[0017] 環化反応は、通常、共役ジェン重合体を炭化水素溶媒中に溶解して行う。
炭化水素溶媒としては、環化反応を阻害しないものであれば特に限定されない。そ の具体例としては、ベンゼン、トルエン、キシレン、ェチルベンゼン等の芳香族炭化 水素; n—ペンタン、 n—へキサン、 n—ヘプタン、 n—オクタン等の脂肪族炭化水素; シクロペンタン、シクロへキサン等の脂環族炭化水素;等が挙げられる。これらの炭化 水素溶媒の沸点は、 70°C以上であることが好ましい。
共役ジェン重合体の重合反応に用いる溶媒と環化反応に用いる溶媒とは、同一で あってもよい。この場合は、重合反応が終了した重合反応液に環化反応用の酸触媒 を添加して、重合反応に引き続いて環化反応を行うことができる。
炭化水素溶媒の使用量は、共役ジェン重合体の固形分濃度が、通常、 5〜60重 量%、好ましくは 20〜40重量%となる範囲である。
[0018] 環化反応は、加圧、減圧及び大気圧のいずれの圧力下でも行うことができるが、操 作の簡便性の点から大気圧下で行うことが望ましい。環化反応を、乾燥気流下、特に
乾燥窒素や乾燥アルゴンの雰囲気下で行うと水分によって引き起こされる副反応を 抑えることができる。
環化反応における反応温度や反応時間は、特に限定されない。反応温度は、通常
、 50〜150°C、好ましくは 70〜110°Cであり、反応時間は、通常、 0. 5〜10時間、 好ましくは 2〜5時間である。
環化反応を行った後、常法により、酸触媒を不活性化し、酸触媒残渣を除去し、次 V、で炭化水素溶媒を除去して、固形状の共役ジェン重合体環化物を得ることができ る。

共役ジェン重合体環化物の不飽和結合減少率が低すぎるとガラス転移温度が低く なり接着強度が低下する。逆に、不飽和結合減少率が余りに高すぎる共役ジェン重 合体環化物は、その製造が困難であり、脆いものしか得られない。

支持基材層は、本発明の酸素吸収性多層フィルムカゝら包装容器を構成したとき〖こ 酸素吸収性フィルム層の外側となる側に設けるのが好ましい。
[0054] 本発明の酸素吸収性多層フィルムにおいて、酸素吸収性フィルム層と必要に応じ て用いる、脱臭剤層、ガスバリア材層、密封材層、保護材層等の各層間に接着剤榭 脂からなる接着剤層を介在させることも可能である。接着剤層には、熱によって溶融 し相互に融着し得る榭脂のフィルム又はシートを使用することができる。このような榭 脂の具体例としては、例えば、低密度ポリエチレン、直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン、中 密度ポリエチレン、高密度ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン等の (Xーォレフインの単独重 合体又は共重合体;エチレン 酢酸ビニル共重合体、エチレン アクリル酸共重合 体、エチレン アクリル酸ェチル共重合体、エチレンーメタクリル酸共重合体、ェチレ ンーメタクリル酸メチル共重合体;ポリエチレンやポリプロピレン等の (Xーォレフイン( 共)重合体をアクリル酸、メタクリル酸、マレイン酸、無水マレイン酸等の不飽和カルボ ン酸及び Z又はその無水物で変性した酸変性ォレフィン榭脂;エチレンとメタクリル 酸との共重合体等に Naイオンや Znイオン等を作用させたアイオノマー榭脂;これら の混合物;等を挙げることができる。
[0055] 本発明の酸素吸収性多層フィルムの形状は、特に限定されず、フラットフィルム、シ ームレスチューブ等の 、ずれであってもよ 、。
本発明の酸素吸収性多層フィルムは、公知の共押出方法 (水冷式又は空冷式イン フレーシヨン法、 T ダイ押出し法 (T ダイ成形法))等により、各層を構成する共役 ジェン重合体環化物、榭脂等を、溶融し、押出機力 共押出することによって得るこ とができる。例えば、水冷式インフレーション法では、各榭脂を数台の押出機によりそ
れぞれ溶融加熱し、多層環状ダイ力 押出し、直ちに冷却水等の液状冷媒により急 冷固化させてチューブ状原反とする。
押出し機としては、従来公知の単軸押出機、多軸押出機を使用することができる。
[0056] 本発明の酸素吸収性多層フィルムの製造にあたっては、共役ジェン重合体環化物 及び各層用榭脂の温度を 160〜250°Cとすることが好ましい。 160°C未満では厚み むらや多層フィルムの切断を生じ、 250°Cを超えると多層フィルムの切断を引き起こ す場合がある。より好ましくは、 180〜230°Cである。
酸素吸収性多層フィルム製造時の多層フィルム卷取り速度は、通常、 2〜200mZ 分、好ましくは 50〜100mZ分である。卷取り速度が低すぎると生産効率が悪くなる 恐れがあり、速すぎると多層フィルムの冷却を十分に行うことができず、卷取り時に融 着する場合がある。
[0057] 本発明の酸素吸収性多層フィルムの製造には、押出コート法やサンドイツチラミネ ーシヨンを用いることができる。また、予め形成された各層のフィルムのドライラミネ一 シヨンによって多層フィルムとすることも可能である。
[0058] 酸素吸収性多層フィルムが延伸可能な材料力もなり、ポリアミド榭脂、ポリエステル 榭脂、ポリプロピレン等のように、延伸することによってフィルム特性が向上する場合 は、共押出によって得られた酸素吸収性多層フィルムを更に一軸又は二軸延伸する ことができる。必要であれば、更にヒートセットすることもできる。
延伸倍率は、特に限定されないが、通常、縦方向(MD)及び横方向 (TD)に、そ れぞれ、 1〜5倍、好ましくは、縦横方向に、それぞれ、 2. 5〜4. 5倍である。
延伸は、テンター延伸方式、インフレーション延伸方式、ロール延伸方式等の公知 の方法で行うことができる。延伸の順序は、縦横いずれが先でも構わないが、同時が 好ましく、チューブラー同時二軸延伸法を採用してもょ 、。
[0059] また、本発明の酸素吸収性多層フィルムの外層側には、例えば、文字、図形、記号 、絵柄、模様等の所望の印刷絵柄を通常の印刷法で表刷り印刷あるいは裏刷り印刷 等を施すことができる。
本発明の酸素吸収性多層フィルムは、包装材料とすることができる。
本発明の酸素吸収性多層フィルム力 包装容器を形成することができる。包装容器
の形態としては、ケーシング、バウチ類、ガゼット付きバウチ類、スタンディングバウチ 類、ピロ一包装袋等の袋状物等を示すことができる。
[0060] 本発明の酸素吸収性多層フィルムを成形してなる包装容器は、ビール、ワイン、フ ルーツジュース、炭酸ソフトドリンク、ウーロン茶、緑茶等の飲料;果物、ナッツ、野菜、 肉製品、幼児食品、コーヒー、ジャム、マヨネーズ、ケチャップ、食用油、ドレッシング 、ソース類、佃煮類、乳製品等の各種食品;その他の食品 (弁当、惣菜類、餅、ラーメ ン等);接着剤、粘着剤等の化学品;化粧品;医薬品;ケミカルカイロ等の雑貨品;そ の他の物品;等の充填包装に好適に使用することができる。特に、本発明の包装容 器は、臭気の問題がないので、食品包装等の用途に好適である。

酸素吸収性多層フィルムを 100mm X 100mmの大きさに裁断し、 300mm X 400 mmの大きさのアルミバウチ (桜物産社製、商品名「ハイレトルトアルミ ALH— 9」)に 入れ、内部の空気を完全に除去した後、改めて 200ccの空気を封入して、 25°Cで放 置し、袋内の酸素濃度を酸素濃度計 (米国セラマテック社製、商品名「フードチ ッカ 一 HS— 750」)を用いて、測定する。この結果から、フィルム状の酸素吸収剤 100c m2 (表面積換算)が吸収した酸素吸収量 (単位: cc/lOOcm2)を求める。前記酸素 吸収量が約 lOccZlOOcm2の時及び約 20ccZlOOcm2の時にそれぞれ、袋内のァ ルデヒド濃度(単位: ppm)をアルデヒド検知管 No. 92又は No. 92L (ガステック社製 )を用いて測定し、アルデヒド臭気(単位: ppm)とする。
また、放置時の温度を 60°Cとして同様の試験を行う。
なお、酸素吸収前の空気中の酸素濃度は、 20. 7%である。
[0065] (実施例 1:共役ジェン重合体環化物 AK及びそのペレットの製造)
攪拌機、温度計、還流冷却管及び窒素ガス導入管を備えた耐圧反応器に、 10m m角に裁断したポリイソプレン (チーダラー触媒重合ポリイソプレン。シス 1, 4 結 合単位 97%、トランス 1, 4 結合単位 2%、 3, 4 結合単位 1%、 1, 2 結合単 位検出されず。重量平均分子量 1, 160, 000) 300部を、シクロへキサン 10, 000部 とともに仕込み、反応器内を窒素置換した。内容物を 75°Cに加温して攪拌下でポリィ ソプレンをシクロへキサンに完全に溶解した後、水分量 150ppm以下の p—トルエン スルホン酸 15部を 15%トルエン溶液で投入し、内温が 80°Cを超えな 、ように制御し ながら、環化反応を行った。 2時間反応を継続した後、 25%炭酸ナトリウム水溶液 23 . 12部を投入して反応を停止した。 80°Cで、共沸還流脱水により水を除去した後、
孔径 2 mのガラス繊維フィルターを用いて系中の触媒残渣を除去して、不飽和結 合減少率 49. 6%、重量平均分子量 719, 000の環化ポリイソプレン AKの(シクロへ キサン,トルエン)溶液を得た。
[0066] 得られた環化ポリイソプレン AKの溶液に、環化ポリイソプレンに対して、 200ppm に相当する量のヒンダードフエノール系酸化防止剤ォクタデシルー 3— (3, 5—ジー t ブチル 4 ヒドロキシフエニル)プロピオネート(チバ'スペシャルティ^ ~ ·ケミカル ズ社製、商品名「ィルガノックス 1076」)及び 400ppmに相当する量のリン系酸化防 止剤 2, 2,ーメチレンビス(4, 6 ジー t ブチルフエ-ル)ォクチルホスファイト(旭電 ィ匕工業社製、商品名「アデカスタブ HP— 10」)並びにメルトフローレート 4. Og/10 分(190°C、荷重 2. 16kg)のポリエチレンのペレット(出光石油化学社製、商品名「 モアテック 0438」)を添加した後、溶液中のシクロへキサンを留去し、更に真空乾燥 を行ってトルエンを除去して、固形の環化ポリイソプレン AKZポリエチレンブレンド物 を得た。
[0067] 得られた環化ポリイソプレン AKZポリエチレンブレンド物を単軸混練押出機 (池貝 製作所製、池貝単軸混練押出機 (40 φ、 LZD=25、ダイス φ =3mm、一穴))を使 用して、シリンダー 1の温度: 140°C、シリンダー 2の温度: 150°C、シリンダー 3の温度 : 160°C、シリンダー 4の温度: 170°C、ダイスの温度: 170°C、回転数 25rpmの混練 条件で混練して、ペレツトイ匕し、環化ポリイソプレン AKZポリエチレンブレンド物のぺ レット akZeを得た。

環化触媒の P トルエンスルホン酸の量を 9部とし、 25%炭酸ナトリウム溶液の量を 13. 88部とするほかは、製造例 1と同様にして、不飽和結合減少率 45. 2%、重量 平均分子量 736, 000の環化ポリイソプレン BKを得た。
環化ポリイソプレン AKに代えてこの環化ポリイソプレン BKを用いて、製造例 1と同 様にして、環化ポリイソプレン BKZポリエチレンブレンド物のペレット bkZeを得た。
[0069] (比較例 1:共役ジェン重合体環化物 CK及びそのペレットの製造)
チーグラー触媒重合ポリイソプレンに代えて、リチウム触媒重合ポリイソプレン (シス —1, 4 結合単位 73%、トランス— 1, 4 結合単位 20%、 3, 4 結合単位 7%、 1
, 2—結合単位検出されず。重量平均分子量 154, 000)を用い、シクロへキサンの 量を 700部とし、環化触媒の ρ—トルエンスルホン酸の量を 2. 19部とし、 25%炭酸 ナトリウム溶液の量を 3. 36部とし、環化反応温度を 80°Cとするほかは、製造例 1と同 様にして、不飽和結合減少率 50. 0%、重量平均分子量 139, 000の環化ポリイソプ レン CKを得た。
環化ポリイソプレン AKに代えてこの環化ポリイソプレン CKを用いて、製造例 1と同 様にして、環化ポリイソプレン CKZポリエチレンブレンド物のペレット ckZeを得た。

Tダイ押出機及び二軸延伸試験装置を設けたラボプラストミル ( ヽずれも東洋精機 製作所製)を用いて、実施例 1で得た環化ポリイソプレン AKZポリエチレンブレンド 物のペレット akZeから、幅 100mm、厚さ 20 μ mの酸素吸収性フィルム akfを得た。 この酸素吸収性フィルムにつ 、て、アルデヒド臭気 (アルデヒド濃度(単位: ppm) ) を測定した。結果を表 1に示す。

実施例 3で得た環化ポリイソプレン AKZポリエチレンブレンド物力 なる酸素吸収 性フィルム akfと、無延伸ポリプロピレン (メルトフローレート 6. 9gZlO分、出光石油 化学社製、商品名「F— 734NPJ )から作成した厚さ 30 /z mのフィルムと、エチレン— ビュルアルコール共重合体(メルトフローレート 5. 5gZlO分、クラレネ土製、商品名「 ェバール E105J )から作成した厚さ 30 μ mのフィルム(ガスバリア材)とを、この順序 で重ね合わせて 150°Cに設定したホットラミネーター(Gmp Co. Ltd社製、商品名「 EXCELAM II 355Q」)を用いてラミネーター接着させて、酸素吸収性多層フィル ム AKFを得た。
この酸素吸収性多層フィルム AKFを 200mm X 100mmの寸法の袋になるように 2 箇所をヒートシールし、更に 200ccの空気と共にヒートシールして密封した。
この酸素吸収性多層フィルムについて、アルデヒド臭気(アルデヒド濃度(単位: PP m) )を測定した。結果を表 2に示す。

環化ポリイソプレン AKZポリエチレンブレンド物からなる酸素吸収性フィルム akfに 代えて、環化ポリイソプレン CKZポリエチレンブレンド物力もなる酸素吸収性フィル ム ckfを用いるほかは、実施例 5と同様にして、酸素吸収性多層フィルム CKFを得た この酸素吸収性多層フィルム CKFを 200mm X 100mmの寸法の袋になるように 2 箇所をヒートシールし、更に 200ccの空気と共にヒートシールして密封した。
この酸素吸収性多層フィルムにつ 、て、アルデヒド臭気 (アルデヒド濃度(単位: PP m) )を測定した。結果を表 2に示す。

攪拌機、温度計、還流冷却管及び窒素ガス導入管を備えた耐圧反応器に、 10m m角に裁断したリチウム触媒重合ポリイソプレン (シス 1, 4 結合単位 73モル0 /0、 トランス 1, 4 結合単位 20モル0 /0、 3, 4 結合単位 7モル0 /0、 1, 2 結合単位検 出されず。重量平均分子量 154, 000) 300咅を、シクロへキサン 10, 000咅ととちに 仕込み、反応器内を窒素置換した。内容物を 75°Cに加温して攪拌下でポリイソプレ ンをシクロへキサンに完全に溶解した後、ニッケル (Π)ァセチルァセトネート 2. 6ミリ モルとトリイソブチルアルミニウム 10. 4ミリモルをシクロへキサン 10mlに溶解した溶 液を全量添加し、水素圧 10kgfZcm2、 75°Cで 2時間、水素添加反応させた。水素 添加反応終了後、水素添加反応液をメタノール 8リットル中に注ぎ、析出した榭脂を 濾別し、 0. ltorr以下、 70°Cで 48時間放置し、乾燥して、部分水素添加物約 300g を得た。水素添加物の水素添加率 ^H— NMR測定により求めた)は 13. 5%で、 3, 4 -結合単位及び 1 , 2 -結合単位は検出されなカゝつた。
[0077] この水素添加物 300gをシクロへキサン 10, 000部とともに反応器に仕込み、反応 器内部を窒素置換した。内容物を 75°Cに加温して攪拌下で水素添加物をシクロへ キサンに完全に溶解した後、水分量 150ppm以下の p トルエンスルホン酸 15部を 15%トルエン溶液で投入し、内温が 80°Cを超えないように制御しながら、環化反応 を行った。 4時間反応を継続した後、 25%炭酸ナトリウム水溶液 23. 12部を投入して 反応を停止した。 80°Cで、共沸還流脱水により水を除去した後、孔径 2 mのガラス 繊維フィルターを用いて系中の触媒残渣を除去して、不飽和結合減少率 64. 4%、 重量平均分子量 123, 000の共役ジェン重合体環化物 DKの(シクロへキサン Zトル ェン)溶液を得た o

、荷重 2. 16kg)のポリエチレンのペレット(出光石油化学社製、商品名「モアテック 0 438」)を添加した後、溶液中のシクロへキサンを留去し、更に真空乾燥を行ってトル ェンを除去して、固形の共役ジェン重合体環化物 DKZポリエチレンブレンド物のぺ レット dkZeを得た。

環化ポリイソプレン AKZポリエチレンブレンド物のペレット akZeに代えて、実施例 6で得た環化ポリイソプレン DKZポリエチレンブレンド物のペレット dkZeを用いるほ 力は、実施例 3と同様にして、幅 100mm、厚さ 20 mの酸素吸収性フィルム dkfを 得た。
この酸素吸収性フィルムにつ 、て、アルデヒド臭気 (アルデヒド濃度(単位: ppm) ) を測定した。結果を表 1に示す。
[0080] 表 1の結果から、本発明の特定範囲のビニル結合量を有する共役ジェン重合体の 環化物からなる酸素吸収剤を用いた酸素吸収性フィルムは、 25°C及び 60°Cにおけ る、酸素吸収量が、それぞれ、約 lOccZlOOcm2の時及び約 20ccZlOOcm2の時 のアルデヒド臭気がいずれも少ないことが分かる(実施例 3、 4及び 7)。
これに対して、ビニル結合含有量が本発明で規定するよりも多 、共役ジェン重合体 の環化物力 なる酸素吸収剤を用いた酸素吸収性フィルムは、 25°C及び 60°Cにお ける、酸素吸収量が、それぞれ、約 lOccZlOOcm2の時及び約 20ccZlOOcm2の 時のアルデヒド臭気カ^、ずれも多 、ことが分かる(比較例 2)。
[0081] 同様に、表 2の結果から、本発明の特定範囲のビュル結合量を有する共役ジェン 重合体の環化物力 なる酸素吸収剤を用いた酸素吸収性多層フィルムは、 25°C及 び 60°Cにおける、酸素吸収量が、それぞれ、約 lOccZlOOcm2の時及び約 20ccZ lOOcm2の時のアルデヒド臭気が 、ずれも少な 、ことが分かる(実施例 5)。
これに対して、ビニル結合含有量が本発明で規定するよりも多 、共役ジェン重合体 の環化物力 なる酸素吸収剤を用いた酸素吸収性多層フィルムは、 25°C及び 60°C における、酸素吸収量が、それぞれ、約 lOccZlOOcm2の時及び約 20ccZl00cm 2の時のアルデヒド臭気カ^、ずれも多 、ことが分かる(比較例 3)。
Claims
[1] 共役ジェン単量体単位部分におけるビュル結合量が 4モル%以下である共役ジェ ン重合体の環化物からなる酸素吸収剤。
[2] 共役ジェン重合体の共役ジェン単量体単位部分におけるビュル結合量が 2モル% 以下である請求の範囲第 1項に記載の酸素吸収剤。
[3] 共役ジェン重合体の環化物の重量平均分子量が 10, 000〜900, 000であり、不 飽和結合減少率が 35〜75%である請求の範囲第 1項又は第 2項に記載の酸素吸 収剤。
[4] 共役ジェン単量体単位部分におけるビュル結合量が 4モル%以下である共役ジェ ン重合体の環化物を有効成分とする酸素吸収性フィルム。
[5] 共役ジェン重合体の共役ジェン単量体単位部分におけるビュル結合量が 2モル% 以下である請求の範囲第 4項に記載の酸素吸収性フィルム。
[6] 熱可塑性榭脂を更に含有する請求の範囲第 4項又は第 5項に記載の酸素吸収性 フイノレム。
[7] 熱可塑性榭脂がポリオレフイン榭脂である請求の範囲第 6項に記載の酸素吸収性 フイノレム。
[8] 請求の範囲第 4項〜第 7項の 、ずれかに記載の酸素吸収性フィルムを必須構成層 として含有してなる酸素吸収性多層フィルム。
[9] 請求の範囲第 8項に記載の酸素吸収性多層フィルム力 なる包装材料。
[10] 請求の範囲第 8項に記載の酸素吸収性多層フィルムを成形してなる包装容器。
