Abstract

Se presenta un dispositivo para producir un flujo de material a granel, dicho dispositivo se diseña de tal manera que el material a granel se introduzca a través de un ducto axialmente en un recipiente en rotacion. Debido a la aceleracion y a la fuerza centrifuga el material a granel se desplaza hacia la region de borde del recipiente y llena todo el recipiente hasta la entrada axial. En la region de borde del recipiente una cuchilla colocada en una parte no giratoria del recipiente se sumerge en la torta de material giratoria en la direccion opuesta a la rotacion del mismo llevando así el flujo de material a granel hacia fuera. El dispositivo puede emplearse cuando se debe medir y dosificar materiales a granel. El dispositivo se embrida directamente sobre las salidas de silos existentes.
